A MAN [INHERITS FROM] HIS MOTHER AND [FROM] HIS WIFE [BUT DOES NOT TRANSMIT HIS ESTATE TO THEM<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' Because the relatives on his father's side are entitled to the inheritance of his estate.
